At CAVE'H, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help.


1. GENERAL

We offer a generous 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@caveh.eu. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse from which the items were shipped, which is most often located in China. Therefore, please contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.

Once your return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to the address provided. We cannot accept any items returned to us without prior return authorization.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


3. EXCHANGES

If you wish to receive a different item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the desired product. This is typically the fastest way to get what you need.


4. 14-DAY EU RETURN POLICY

In addition to our return policy, if your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As with our general policy, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.


5. REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. This process typically takes up to 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
